K45_B Wallace Cottage

Our largest cottage was built in 2017 and sleeps 7 persons comfortably as it has two bedrooms, a double bed sofa in the open space living room. 

Downstairs consists of one generous open space for the kitchen, dining area and living room. Two double bedrooms and a big modern bathroom are also downstairs. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, WC and washing machine and laundry facilities. In the primary bedroom there is a double bed and in the other bedroom is an Ikea bunk bed that can sleep three people.

The spacious full equipped kitchen with plenty of space and can easily accommodate 7 persons. All common kitchen appliances and accessories are available, including a dishwasher.

In the dining has an open ethanol fire but the cottage is equipped with modern air pump that heats the cottage and provides air-conditioning during warm summer months.

As well as the two sofas is the living room equipped with a flat screen TV and stereo. Upstairs in loft there is additional seating. The cottage includes free Wi-Fi and private parking for two cars.

As the house is open plan this it is suitable for groups that know each other very well. Suitable for those who appreciate quietness, peace and tranquillity with only 15 minutes into town.

Outside in the garden you find seating, a charcoal barbecue & sun lounger.

The cottage is close to amazing nature, and you can easily hike, bike, fish, swim, etc. The forest surrounding the cottage has amazing berries and mushrooms to pick.

The nearby farm offers the opportunity to interact with animals.

It is well placed for exploring the surrounding nature and is within a short walking distance to the lake with its sauna.

The village green offers enough room for playing and fun for the little children. But you also have the possibility for picking blueberries, lingonberries, wild raspberries, depending on season, or just go mushrooming for chanterelles in the surrounding forest. You may also see signs of moose, fox, reindeer, many varieties of birds and even bear or wolf.
